Calixto Perez founded Technician Roofing Inc in 2005 after the collapse of NIR Roofing based out of Huntley, IL (Union) & after a fallout with the owner of Total Systems Roofing based out of Crystal Lake, IL (Non-Union).
Calixto Perez immigrated to the United States from Mexico looking for a brighter future. His passion towards roofing, helping people & giving back to the community were contributing factors of his success.
Currently, he has retired from the roofing industry but his legacy remains in the hands of his son & daughter who operate & manage the roofing business.
The second generation presents to you "Technician Roofing 2, LLC"

About Me
Cristian Pérez was born in Elmhurst, IL on Feb 12, 1999. His parents raised him with true family values & taught him to respect all cultures. Born into the construction business & plans on leaving his footprints within the construction industry.
Educational Background
Cristian Pérez graduated from DePaul University during the month of July, Year 2021. Majoring in Finance & minoring in Accounting.
